The Amtrak Cascades line in the Pacific Northwest is a passenger service
that provides an effective illustration of what Virginia’s TDX could
be like.
Its modern railcars efficiently share the tracks with freight service
as they carry passengers through small towns, big cities, and scenic
countryside.
